Nashville Still on Fire

Lee

December 2019

Wkrn.com recently reported that Nashville has been ranked the 4th hottest real estate market in the country, in the new year. A quarterly study sponsored by Zillow called the Zillow Home Price Expectations Survey asks over 100 real estate experts, including economists and investment strategists, for the their predictions about the nation’s real estate market. The average home value growth rate for 2020 in the U.S. is 2.8%, say panelists. 59% of panelists expect home values to grow faster than the expected national rate, in metro Nashville. Nashville is only eclipsed by Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA in the list of top housing markets of 2020. The market could be affected by inventory growth, but all signs for now point to Nashville remaining a hot market for some time to come. Smart real estate investors are choosing Nashville.
