Record-Breaking Month for Nashville

Lee

November 2019

According to an article from Greater Nashville Realtors, Nashville had a record-breaking month in October for home sales. With 3,742 closings for the month, Nashville saw an increase of 16 percent compared to the same period last year. Median prices have also increased over last year at this time – $316,702 for a single-family home, and $233,900 for a condo, up from $296,355 and $220,000, respectively. It is noted that inventory has slightly declined over last year, which makes the increase in closings even more impressive. Nashville continues to be a solid choice for rental property investors as the housing market is booming and not showing any signs of slowing down.
