July home sales figures show that the Nashville market continues to remain strong and an attractive choice for investors, even during this time of pandemic. Greater Nashville Realtors reports a 12 percent increase in home closings with 4,703 closings last month, compared to 4,189 last July. Contributing factors to this include low-interest rates and many people relocating to Nashville as more remote working opportunities become available. Median home prices have also increased, with the median price for a residential single-family home at $344,420 currently, compared to $316,000 last year. This represents a significant increase in value for the Nashville market. Our team at Omni is eager to work with you; whether you’re a first time investor or looking to add to your portfolio.
