Development Continues in the Nashville, TN Downtown Core

The old Nashville Convention Center is now gone, making way for a mixed-use development causing tremendous excitement at the corner of Fifth Ave. and Broadway.  The new development will include office space, residential units, and a ton of shopping and entertainment space.  It will also include the National Museum for African American Music.  A preliminary plan has been approved at the $430 million mark–one of the largest mixed-use developments in the State of TN.  See more details from the Tennessean here.
